Download Google images (anime) how does that work on the huawei p10 lite?

Hello so I have a problem regarding Google I invite from google z.b. An anime picture down this does not appear in my gallarie and if I click on the download I can't share it but the picture is there how can I fix the problem and change so that it is in my gallarie (works with other photo apps it even with bing app without problems only google is not)

I have a Huawei P20 Lite what I always do is the picture in ne Photoshop app in do eg Inshot and just save without editing then you have the picture in the gallery under other

Is there still no possibility to save the pictures directly in the gallarie of the huaweis?

Unfortunately, the picsart app or other image editing apps does not show me.
