Upper part of the touchscreen no longer responds?

For a few months now I have had the problem that the upper part of my touchscreen has stopped responding. I have Huawei P20 Lite with a few cracks, also on the display. In addition, only the upper part (approx. 0.5 cm) is affected. A restart and thorough cleaning did not help.
