Touchscreen too sensitive?

I have the Huawei p20 lite brand new and everything is going really well, only the touchscreen is sensitive. I can't scroll anywhere without him clicking every few seconds. I've already made the one-handed mode so that it no longer causes problems with the keyboard. Is this normal with the cell phone or are there additional settings for it?

I already have my 4th cellphone from huawei and I have never heard of anything like that. My previous p20 Lite did not have such problems and my current p30 does not either. I would contact the seller again and complain at best.
