Why do you want to partition your SD card with adb?
So your SD card is in the phone (P8 Lite 2017) and you want to use the PC to partition the SD card in the phone?
Is not there better way to do that? Do you have no SD Card Reader s.PC?

It has not been fubulated with adb yes is it an android 8? Bzw emui 8? If I did a factory reset and then Android 7 would it work? I think so but how compatible with the andoird 8 update?
