Why am I not receiving any more emails?

I need help urgently.

I realized that I wouldn't get any more emails. Since I thought it was due to the full memory, I just deleted them all. The day before yesterday I ordered something online from various providers and I just need their email so that I can transfer the amount… But nothing new arrives😅
