Can't get my emails at t-online on the Huawei p20pro?

Everywhere it works at gmx, vodafone, googlemail, just not at t-online.de

Why can't I pick up my e-mails from my smartphone at t-online?

What is going wrong there?

In order to be able to retrieve e-mails via an external client, we require that not only the normal password has been set up, but also the e-mail password.

Just check your customer center and see if you've already done that. If so, then this is the password you need to enter when setting up the account on an external program.
