Have your mobile repaired at Huawei's?

Hi, My Huawei P8 lite 2017 has a loose contact in the charging socket and therefore I would like to have my phone repaired by Huawei, I also have a warranty on it. I know it actually so that one "logs in" the mobile phone on the Internet and then sends for repair. Unfortunately, I find nothing, only that there are Huawei-Center. Does this mean that you have to go to such a center to have your phone repaired? Does anyone have experience?
