I had the display of my Huawei P30 lite repaired or replaced in a repair shop. Since then, the cell phone has stopped charging properly. Sometimes it loads, but most of the time it doesn't. However, the "Battery is charging" message remains even though it is not plugged in.
I brought the phone back to the store, supposedly the charging socket was replaced there, but the problem is still there.
It looks like I ran into scammers. Didn't get an invoice either and stupidly took it that way.
Does anyone know why that is? And whether you can take any legal action against the repair shop?
Where did you get it repaired?
You also have a legal guarantee for repairs, make a complaint and they have to improve it.
At a small repair shop. Didn't get an invoice either, which was strange to me at the time.
I'm afraid they will not fix the cell phone voluntarily. I didn't get an invoice at the time either, which in retrospect was very negligent on my part.
Since you don't have a receipt, that's difficult, I would go to Mediamarkt or Saturn and ask what they would do with the problem
You should complain anyway, and always insist on an invoice
