My name is Michael and I own the Huawei P30 Lite and I've got bulletproof glass on top for protection. When I left the house this morning, the bulletproof glass obviously jumped because of the cold difference. My question is whether I can ask for the money back or whether bulletproof glass would actually have to survive such a thing?
It would be difficult to prove that
and, where do you live? At the current temperatures, the difference is far too small
the glass will have been damaged before and has now jumped. Coincidence then
Is obviously cracked by the cold difference the bulletproof glass
When did you buy it? Was it in the last 6 months, so the reversal of the burden of proof of the warranty and the dealer must prove to you that it was not defective at the time of delivery, otherwise you have to prove it.
Whereby the few degrees difference under normal circumstances no glass (also typical drinking glasses not damaged), which suggests the assumption that either already a previous damage existed or one of the really rare production mistakes is present.
But money back? Why? First, you have a claim for a repair.
Yes. When I left the house it was quite. 3 minutes later it had jumped. It was in my cloth pocket all the time and I have nowhere kicked or anything like that.
Also typical drinking glasses not
What are typical drinking glasses?
1. You're right
2. Yes, see my comment below
3.Is very unlikely. My last cell phone has lasted 4 years. I'm keeping it very well
I bought it in October
Okay, you have a glass in your hand at a party and go to the balcony…
Different: the transparent stuff from which one drinks water, soft drink or whatever.
With the purchase you showed me nothing. You have shown me the packaging went into the room with the Häfter and come out with the pressed PG
Then go to the dealer and ask politely. If there are no traces (Spider-App with breaking glass parts), then there could have been a defect and the dealer makes the guarantee.
Do you live in the Antarctic, that it has such temperature differences?
In any case, this is definitely not the case here in Germany
It's not about showing. If you yourself had damaged the glass by improper handling, then traces of it should be visible, which in turn is not covered by warranty.
