I bought a Huawei p 2019 on eBay.
If I want to set (set up) everything again, it says that I have to enter my previously synchronized Google account or the screen pin.
The seller's ebay account no longer exists.
I have reset the mobile phone in the system and thought it would delete everything from the device, but that is probably an additional security that has been set up beforehand.
Is there a way to get around this?

When you have just reset you should actually be able to choose whether to use a synchronized account. Otherwise, google skip registration and then delete the old one from the settings

This is a theft protection. I also got a stolen Hawai once - I couldn't get around it.
