Android photos can't be deleted?

Since a few days can no longer delete photos on my Huawei mobile phone from the gallery!

At some point, I suspected that it had something to do with Google Photos, because they are still easy to delete there.

I have now turned off the Google Photos app "Back up & synch", but the images are still synced / backed up there and still can't be deleted in my gallery!

Try to delete the photos under storage / emulated / 0 / DCIM / Camera / directly. If that does not work you can look for copies of the file.
