Huawei p10 refund right?

And I bought the Huawei p10 about 2 months ago via a dealer on Amazon. Now my outdoor camera is no longer focused, so I called the Huawei Service Hotline. They told me, however, that they can't send my device to the workshop because it is not for the European market at all. I have already sent an email to the seller, but I'm just a bit clueless. What can I do? Did not know that it is not for the European market and would like to have my camera repaired. Maybe someone has already had similar experiences or has an advice what I can do now and if I have a refund right?

However, you do not have a right of return for repair or replacement. For that you have to contact the dealer.
