Cell phone battery suddenly empty very quickly?

So. I have had my cell phone for 1-2 years and for 6 months my cell phone has had such a slight flaw that the battery is completely empty within 10 minutes. Does anyone know why this is so What could it be? My phone is a Huawei P smart 2019 and I handle it very carefully.

That could be because the battery is dead. I would change the battery sometime.

Probably the battery indicator is defective.

If a different value is displayed than the battery is actually charged and at some point the power is gone.

Young have had such problems for at least 1.5 years. Sometimes it charges completely in 10 minutes and another time it takes at least 1 hour.

Sometimes I can get by for 2 hours with a 10 percent battery and other times it is less than 10 minutes.

Maybe you have the demo mode inside, go to the developer options and turn off the demo mode. Otherwise hardware / software error. Or go to the battery consumption display in the settings and see which app is causing your mobile phone to run empty so quickly.
