Mobile phone only ring when called?

I have the Huawei p20 lite.

I always have my cell phone on silent, because the vibrating or ringing when notifications annoy me.

However, I often miss calls.

Is there an app or setting that I can use to set my phone to be silent but to ring or at least vibrate on calls?

I then recommend setting a sound notification tone and a simple king tone. Then just leave the sound on and it should work.
