I plan to buy a p smart 2021, before that I had a huawei p smart 2019.

Now the Google services are gone,

Can I still use the pure search engines, does WhatsApp continue to run on it, can I use youtube via the browser, what disadvantages will I have with frequently used apps?

Of course you can use Google as a search engine or watch YouTube via the browser, but you can't install them on the device.

Whatsapp can be downloaded from the Internet as an apk or even installed from the App Gallery without any problems.

Only updates and security patches will follow comparatively slowly.
