Huawei P40 Pro with Google services?

I have the opportunity to order the Huawei P40 Pro in German and with pre-installed Google services from China and would have a few questions:

- What about the guarantee in general and expires anyway if the Google services are made on it?

- can I also update the apps via the appstore?

-If I download a system update on my phone, are the Google services gone again?

Are there any other restrictions?

Well, then you only have the apk on it and there's no guarantee of how reliably they work, no updating via the Playstore will not be possible, since Huawei now has its own app store without Google services, unless you also download the Playstore apk on it. There are certainly limitations, so you can't expect everything to go so well.

I would NEVER order an expensive cell phone in China.

Even if you have the warranty rights, how are you going to enforce them if you refuse?

And the Google services, especially Google Play, do not work on the p40.

And if only limited by trick 17, but no one can guarantee that it stays that way.
