Reset Android device via PC?

My Huawei device (P Smart 2018) can't be reset via the mobile phone itself.

Is there a possibility or a Windows program with which I can reset the device factory?

Like any android about recovery mode…

That can mean a lot… What exactly is your problem?

If the recovery mode does not work then your cell phone has a problem anyway…

To connect to the PC, your cell phone must still work, then reset via the menu or recovery mode…
