Discord App Crashes, what to do?

I have a problem with the discord app. My device is the HUAWEI Mate 10 Pro, Android 9 EMUI 9.0.0. When I join a voice chat and switch the phone to standby, I'm always kicked out of the voice chat after 2 seconds. Maybe someone can help me with my problem.
