Huawei mate and p models differences and recommendation?

I would like to buy a new smartphone and wanted to know what the differences to the huawei p20 and the huawei mate 20 are.

What offers me the pro version to the normal version.

And what does the community recommend to me?

I have been using a huawei p8 lite for 6 years and would invest around 550 euro.

The P20 Pro is a bit cheaper.

Take your nails and take the P30 Pro. 128gb is enough.
