Smartwatch / Fitness tracker mix recommendation?

And I'm urgently looking for a smartwatch with good activity Fitness / sleep tracking functions, possibly with a good app that can be seen on the values, with the Garmin Vivoactive 3 I already have experience, is on the whole a great watch but what me very annoying is the poor screen resolution. (like some 15-year-old phone screen resolution)

Unfortunately, I'm no longer a fan of Apple.

Is there anyone to recommend which?

Have I already looked at the Samsung Galaxy Watch and Huawei Watch, I would actually by and large liked very much but would be good because of the features and the measurement accuracy?

Important points for me are, sleep tracking, GPS, Accurate tracking, messages from the mobile phone also on the clock displays (possibly also answers), alarm clock function, change dial.

Am thankful for any answer and honest recommendation!

or wait for the Huami Amazfit GTR, which should now come to the German market in the next 1-2 weeks.

I have the Gear S3 from Samsung, the predecessor of Galaxy Watch.

I would describe the sleep tracking as reliable. Falling and getting-up-time fits and awake phases also recognize them. Whether the deep sleep and light sleep phases are correct, I can't judge.

In the steps you can count the steps Live during longer walks. For several days, there are no funny failures that are rather impossible.

GPS is included, but the accuracy has not been the best. When measuring walking with GPS I went according to Gear S3 times 5 meters beside the road. The GPS in the phone has done better and is also energy efficient.

You can also connect via Bluetooth headphones and listen to local music or music via Spotify.

Alarm clocks, custom dials and notifications with answer function are also included. You can also use it to make calls or text messages. Without the LTE model, the smartphone must be within reach.

My experiences are from the previous years, so maybe something has been improved.

Samsung will also soon release the Galaxy Watch Active 2.

Thanks for the answer! 😊

That sounds very convincing yes, a question I still have, how long is the battery runtime?

With little activities up to about 3 days and a lot of sports with GPS, etc. Maybe only 1 day. Most of the time I charge them every 2 days, so you can survive the 3rd one too.

The Galaxy Watch has also changed the battery and the CPU is more efficient. There you can also describe it with a few days.

Other smartwatches are not much different either. Large display with comparatively strong CPU. For long battery life you have to take a fitness tracker.
