Why hasn't the other person recently been hearing me on the phone?

I recently got 2 cell phones for 1 number (one used for private purposes, the other for business). The other person recently stopped hearing me when I was taking calls. Then I have to hang up and call back. Then everything is OK.

What can be the reason? Have a HUAWEI MATE 20X
