Difference between West European and German version?

I ordered the huawei mate 20 lite west European version from Amazon and now I have to consider that it is not kompitabel for example the mains or power plug etc. What exactly is the difference between the normal German version and the West European version. The west european version was a lot cheaper than the german version so i ordered it too i hope there are no problems with it.

Unfortunately, I can't tell you, but I have also noticed on my Samsung Galaxy A7 that it is a Spanish version, except for the complete Spanish user manual but nothing found. As far as I know, something has to do with the SIM card, which I do not know exactly

I think that's half so wild that you have a Spanish version. Most tapes will probably be installed that it works in Germany
