Is the P30 a flagship?

I've had a Huawei P30, not Pro, not Lite for 3 days now.

Previously had the Huawei Mate 10 Lite.

I only took pictures in the dark now and the night mode is definitely great!

Although I would never have bought such an expensive cell phone (RRP 599 euro), I first wanted to buy one from Xiaomi for ~ 200 euro, which would certainly have a much worse camera.

Now I want to know exactly:

Is the P30 a flagship too?

Is it currently at the top? So is it also at the top of camera technology?

I bought my Mate 10 Lite for 270 euro two years ago, which is rather low / mis range.

A well-known has the P20, there the wide-angle camera has 4MP more, you can tell the difference?

And I read that the aperture there's 11% larger than that of the P30 and us with a higher aperture, the picture is sharper.

Do you notice the difference (strong)?

The P30 is upper middle class, i.e. Just before the upper class, which are the flagships.
