Audio and picture out of sync?

I've taken a video with my huawei mate 20 Lite and I want to post it on Instagram. Everything is in sync with the picture and the sound in my gallery. However, after uploading to Instagram, the audio track no longer matches the image. Does anyone have any idea what I could do to fix this?!

Maybe your network connection is too slow to play the video on Instagram?

In what file format is the video, which you want to upload? Maybe this is not supported on Instagram?

MP4, usually upload the videos always so high on Instagram.

Probably the video file is missing a shot.

Probably the file has the extension .mp4, but that is almost meaningless.

Do you have a PC?

Download the program "mediainfo" and chase through the video file you uploaded.

Go to the detailed view (Looks like this:

) and copy the whole card out there and post it here.
