My Huawei Mate 10 lite today has completely deleted itself. So really everything even the SD card. As an example, even my Google account thought I would log in with a new device. I have the phone for a year and it happened during the store. I plugged in the phone and two hours later everything was gone. Unfortunately, I only had a backup on the SD card and not on Google Drive. Now ask me two questions unzwar on the one hand why this can happen and whether one can restore the data somehow.
Have you recently been on any of these dubious pages or have you downloaded something? Because in principle, computers do nothing without one wisely commanding them.

Did you, or were software updates carried out? My girlfriend had the problem that every time afterwards deleted all data, even if that should not happen
Just degree was displayed that there's an update but I think that is more because the Android updates have been deleted. And why should the SD card also be deleted?
