Cell phone deletes pictures and videos?

I own the Huawei Mate 20 pro. So far this phone hasn't disappointed me either. Until now. It sometimes deletes pictures and videos all by itself. These can no longer be found either. Can someone tell me why it does this and how to prevent it?

Possibly reset the mobile phone and save pictures on the PC beforehand, it might work

Vll a memory cleanup program or system function (just go through the settings)
