I signed a Huawei contract on 24.01.2019, I pay for my cell phone every month. Even 2 Huawei phones. However, as most people know, there will be no updates and Google has discontinued the collaboration. Now my question is, Can I trade my phone for another brand? Which rights do I have? I always want to receive updates.

Everything stays the same for you. The only thing you will not get anymore is new Android operating systems.
btw, the next 3 months will not change anyway.
HUAWEI has made significant contributions to the development and growth of Android worldwide. As one of Android's global key partners, we worked closely with their open source platform to develop an ecosystem that benefits both users and industry. HUAWEI will continue to provide security updates and services for all existing HUAWEI and Honor smartphones and tablets. This affects sold and stocked devices worldwide.

Also interesting:
Conducting transactions that were available to the public for the provision of service and support, including software updates or patches, for existing Huawei mobile phones that were made public on or before 16 May 2019.

By the way: ALWAYS you do not get updates from any manufacturer. Only for as long as the lifecycle policy stipulates.
And talk about mobile phones. The purchase contract always refers only to the device in the state of purchase.
Which rights do I have?
probably no
