All devices that are now on the market, and you can buy Android and will keep this. Although the security updates will not be deployed as often as they are now, they will be deployed.

Android is open source, so any device can also have Android if the manufacturer wants to play it.
And yet there remains a risk (Huawei said a year ago that there will never be problems with Android support, and now they are looking for alternatives…), and you will not be upgrading to another Huawei model in the future but you have to look for a new smartphone brand again… Personally, it would not be worth it, especially because there are prime alternatives (see Samsung -A series).
