Honor (Huawei) smartphone still with Google services and Android after reset?

I plan to give my Honor (Huawei subsidiary) smartphone, which I bought before the whole Huawei topic, to someone else. Of course, I want to reset the smartphone to the factory settings for this person. Now my question: does it still have the Google services afterwards, since I bought it back in 2018, or does it no longer have them when I reset it completely?

The Google Play services are still installed and certified.
