Should I buy a Huawei or wait until Huawei gets Google updates again?
I would wait a bit as everything happens in the future. If you have no problem to have a different operating system than Android then you are welcome to strike but for me Android is important and that's why I'm still waiting to see if there will be Android on Huawei in the future.

Currently all Huawei smartphones have normal Android on it and that should not change, according to Huawei!
The new smartphones where will come out from now on will only have the opensource version of andoied!
But where (allegedly) you can easily install all Google services.
Just the Mate 20 Pro or the P30 Pro is currently synonymous because of the problems for an unbeatable price… I'm pretty sure again buy a Huawei
