My mother's mobile phone (Huawei lua l21) has such a small memory that we decided to equip things with an SD card. Well, these things do not cost anything today anyway, we thought, and so the choice fell on a 32GB card from Samsung…
So and now the problem. Although the phone registers that a card is in the slot, but I can't easily connect between card and phone…
The phone just pushes a message that I should set the location on the map. (Image 1)
However, if I go to this message, then I come only in the app list. (Picture 2)
On picture 3 you can see the memory settings.
I've tried everything now. From formatting the card, turning the power off and on, to simply unplugging the card.
I hope somebody can help me there before I hit the thing on the wall… I never make the mistake anymore and buy such a thing with such a small Kack memory!
The problem I had several times, the contact points of SD cards are not really mature, often enough, that my phone or the desktop simply does not recognize the cards.
Do you at least have a suggested solution?
You would have to tighten the card slot with pliers, which will not work.
Alternatively, you can apply self-adhesive foil to the back of the card to make the card thicker and reduce the amount of room in the slot so that the contact points are flush.
