Accept cell phone despite glass scratches?

My best friend wanted to give me his old, still good mobile phone, because he knows that I have no money anyway and buy me a decent mobile phone. Half a year ago I bought a Huawei 8P Lite and I'm dissatisfied. Anyway, it's down to him today (7 days before he wanted to give it to me) and yes the screen is cracked now. Otherwise everything has stayed healthy. I wonder if I should still accept the cell phone… I was totally looking forward to a 'normal' cell phone and I think if I make a foil about it, it will probably last for some time.

What do you think about that? Does anyone have experience with cracks on the display and how does the phone remain usable for a long time?

Can you look at the phone and then you see if the cracks annoy you or not.

You get a mobile phone and ask if you should take it? If it works everything is fine

Jo

Yes, I will definitely do it

Jo

Yeah, but he told me that he can't give it to me like that… But it's not that bad either.

Oh sorum 😀

I've read from another answer that it is a Samsung s8 edge. And NO this is NOT a good phone. Like Apple, Samsung is a company that constantly rips off its customers. There you are much better off with the Huawei. Samsung has very, VERY often a jerky system, massively many pre-installed apps and also very fragile hardware. All in all: take it, if you want to be disappointed.

Other possibility would be to sell this, preferably the Huawei, and from the money e.g. Buy a Motorola or Lenovo.

Of course I'm always available for further advice.

By the way, my comments in this category are mostly stamped as Hate or something like that, but I think I'm pretty knowledgeable and just looking at facts and rewards.

Of course, every decision is still open to you, I push you to nothing.
