What brings a faster laptop?

I'm currently looking for good laptops / Ultrabooks for studying, which I really only for surfing, movies and Office applications need and which should not be expensive than 900 euro. Now I have picked out two Ultrabooks, namely the Huawei Matebook D 14 with a Ryzen 5 for 600 euro and the Asus Zenbook 14 with an i5 8265U, but it costs 850 euro with a discount code, but it's a lot faster.

So my question, what brings me a faster Zenbook more than a slower, but still fast matebook.

The problem with mobile Ryzen is that, like the desktop chips, it is a multi-chip CPU (two modules each, called CCX cores, connected by an interface, a kind of interposer). Unfortunately, the Interposer consumes a few watts in idle, so the battery life of Ryzen laptops are significantly worse than those using a monolithic processor.

Both processors are quadcores with HT or SMT.

The Intel CPU is clocked a little higher, otherwise it is similar fast.

If you think you have to play in the classroom or in the lecture, or watch movies, then you're out of college faster than you'd like.

Above all, you need a notebook for studying

a: It's light and sturdy because you have to carry it to the university every day.

b: not much costs, because the likelihood that you get stolen or broken, is higher. And

c: has an anti-reflective display so you can use it in the refectory or outside.

You can watch gambling and movies at home and at the weekend.

It depends on what ryzen 5 it is.

Between the ryzen 2600x and the 2500u there's a pretty big difference.

The 2600x is a desktop CPU, I only know one mobile Ryzen 5 and that is the 2500u…
