They save the IP, but you can do something with a VPN, for example, Opera delivers something like that for free.

A normal website can't do it, but there are also pages that track the progress to switch on better advertising, maybe use VPN 😁 (If you don't know what, use Google etc.)
The VPN prevents the website operator from finding out your real IP. Of course there's also VPN for Android, that has nothing to do with it.
