Delete mails automatically?

Is there a way to have the mails deleted in Outlook after reading them on the phone in the mail app and vice versa?

I have the following setup:

Huawei-Android - T-Online-Account - MS Outlook Desktop 2019

You should be able to do this in the settings

No, I know that it does that for me, but I stopped it ages ago, back then it was in the settings and that's why I should say
