Guarantee cell phone damage?

Suppose my camera glass is broken and I have it repaired by a workshop where there's no certified Huawei dealer.

After the exchange, the cell phone has a system error etc.

Does the warranty come up because Huawei said the entire warranty is gone, but that's funny if you only have the glass changed by the camera
