Huawei cellphone - Xiaomie cellphone?

How can I move my data to another cell phone (all contacts, apps)? From Huawei to Xiaomie? Or is there a manual in front of it, if so, who can give me a tip where there's a manual? I thank you in advance.

There's an extra app for which, as far as I know, is preinstalled. If you call yourself Mi-Mover, you should be able to transfer everything about it.
