What s wrong with my cellphone screen

I do not know if you can see it but on my screen all the time I see such a small section of Youtube and it just annoying. But it is only since today and I wonder what's going on. Even the keyboard hangs after even though my phone is only 2 months old.

Please help me I want that stupid Youtube background goes away.
