Everything in emui 9 faster?

I have a Huawei device and recently got the Android 9 update. But now, for example, all the loading animations of Huawei and Youtube and Co. Are much faster than before. What can this be? And in general, (almost) all animations in the system are much too fast.

There was a processor upgrade for the update directly.

I did not mean that it charges faster, but that the animations themselves are much faster.

Did you already reset your phone to factory settings? No? Do that.

This is always recommended after a big update, even if the manufacturers always say that everything continues to run normally.
