Bike and pulse?

I have a question when I ride a bike (E-Bike MTB) it happens that my pulse goes up to 177 to 181 but only when it gets strenuous afterwards it goes down again immediately is that okay or how can I improve it? At the Hohe Puls it was a mountain with a 17% increase. Thank you for reading. I'm 33 years overweight, slight hypertension, 177 tall.

It was measured with the Huawei Sport Gt2

That is quite high but no need to worry. Could it be that you are still very young and may not have that good endurance? Because then the pulse would be justified and if you do a little more sport, your pulse automatically goes down permanently.

Ga

Young, well, 33 years old can see how sometimes I want ✌️😉 15 years ago I was in good shape with sports but for various reasons I didn't do anything anymore. And now I want to start again.

Ut

Then you are still relatively young so I think it gets better the longer you do sports. But to be on the safe side, I would clarify this with the doctor.

Ga

In the Corona time it is difficult to get an appointment for a stress test, my heart was tested last year, according to the doctor, everything is okay and fit, for being overweight.

Ga

I still have one question, how do you know your pulse so well?

Ut

I informed myself a lot, for example through books, the Internet and have already done several courses on cardiovascular disease.

Ga

Oh okay, are you suffering from cardiovascular disease yourself?

Ut

No, but I have heart palpitations now and then, if that tells you something, but it's mostly harmless.

Ga

Yes, I know that too well, as myself I have a bit of problems with my pulse, when I know that I'm going to the forest with my bike or going shopping, my pulse goes up first while I'm very relaxed, but it goes down again immediately and such small tips come up often, it takes about 1 + 3 minutes for me and then it goes down again.

Ut

I think that's normal, you shouldn't worry too much about it

Ga

And that is the problem for me with little or no experience and I worry.
