Minutes of delay with Huawei?

My mobile phone from Huawei (Android) needs for 2 months almost 2 minutes to load the emails or div. Apps to open (ntv, etc.). All other reaction times have seriously deteriorated. Why is that, can I change that?

(I'm doing the possible cleanups in cache and browser regularly!)

There probably only helps to reset to factory settings.
