Can I use my Huawei connection to operate the Pi 3 Model B?

Unfortunately I currently have no access to my original charging cable from the pi and 1 ampere is just not enough for what I do with my Pi.

Therefore the question: Can I use my Huawei charging cable (of course with a micro USB cable)?

2A should be enough, if it should be too little, you will notice it. In most cases, you can use a cell phone power supply, but for some, voltage drops if you draw too much current, even if you stay below 2A, as in your case.

Can anything bad happen if I try it? And is the power regulated down or is more spent than the device can withstand?

Nothing bad should happen.

Raspi 3 needs about 2A, there may be more on the power supply, then it should fit.
