I had no sound on my right headphones with my Huawei In-Ears. (this is the one where the microphone is directly connected) By turning and bending the cable a bit, I found the place where something is broken. It's right next to the microphone. As you can see in the pictures, I opened the whole thing. The red and green cables are a bit frayed but still connected. The red cable with the copper wrapping (earth?) Is completely off. Unfortunately, I don't know where it went from or where I would have to solder it on. Can someone tell me? As you might notice, I don't have that much knowledge of the whole thing and yes, I could just buy new ones, but I thought trying to fix them couldn't hurt.
First of all you have to shrink to the size of an ant using the "Help-I-have-shrunk-the-kids-machine" so that you can repair the microelectronics.
Aha, so no chance?
Can you solder?
Or. Do you have a good soldering iron?
If you answer that with no, forget about the repair, otherwise it's totally easy. Apparently only the cables are off, nothing more.
