Ban on Huawei work with American companies ok?

Do you think it's ok that the US has banned Huawei from working with American stores without having to prove that Huawei's click is a security risk?

Huawei is a Chinese company, the Chinese government (one-party dictatorship) can immediately demand that they spy and all documents to be handed over to them. All Chinese corporations work in depth with the government. The Americans also hunker now (and probably will not survive Huawei, since all deliveries to Huawei were discontinued by third-party manufacturers) because you do not want to give them the technological edge regarding 5G. The trade war is among other things a war over the technological progress.

Huawei has chips for 3 months, then they have to stop production, as long as China and the USA do not manage a trade deal in the meantime (Huawei is also supposed to play a role here). Huawei can't build its own ARM processors, also Chinese RAM are anything but state of the art and lags 10 years back.
