For 3 weeks I have the problem that my phone when I turn it off or it is empty, after charging and not before. The phone is 2 years old, Huawei Y5II, Android 5.1.
Do you have any suggested solutions?

If the 2 years have not been reached off to the dealer.
But if you have the problem for weeks, how do you restart the phone?
Ask sensibly. A device which can't be switched on can't be visibly empty. Either… Or.
If you try to turn on the device when it is empty then provoke a deep discharge. Good chargers refuse to charge deeply discharged devices, danger of explosion.
Use it sensibly and turn it off before it goes below 10%. Switch-on attempts only if you are sure that it has more than 20%. If the battery is offended then 10% are not loadable.
Take out the battery, clean it, turn it on. That helps until now.
