Cell phone battery broken?

I'm now really on freak and will repair the phone of course go on the month. That's why I'm writing on this Huawei now.

My phone is on the backside total loss and when mans shakes, moves (the battery wahrschl). That's since I've connected my phone to a certain foreign charging cable. If I connect it to others, it shows me alleged 100%. But if I put it on this, at least I can turn it on. But on the home screen, it puts then strong and before I can decipher it, it goes off completely again. Does anyone have any idea what that can be and if that will be very expensive? The price varies, but please tell me in which range the costs will be. And what is done at the passage of fixing. Replace only the battery and the splitter page or leave the deleted files. Because my phone is pretty important.

Not meant bad, but I do not look like a mobile phone technician. A single procedure would only euthanasia for mobile phones.
