I'm looking for a smartphone that shouldn't cost more than 400 euro.
It should be of good camera quality and last more than 1 year.
Please no Huawei! Just had bad experiences with it!
which one do you like best?

Something like that is quite good in price-performance
OnePlus North:
Do you have bad experiences with Huawei or with a device from Huawei?
That is a difference to consider. Maybe you had a bad phone once. Doesn't mean that everything is bad.
I would still advise against Huawei because no Google and such, but that's your decision.
I have had a total of 3 Huawei cell phones, but all started to spin after about 1 year.
Which cell phones and how are they crazy?
Not really. This SoC is already available in devices for less than 300. For the price range up to 400 euro, a 765G or 865 is more likely.
The best device you can find up to 400 euro is likely to be the Xiaomi Poco F2 Pro by far.

Sure you're right, but I don't mean the whole device, the SoC.
The questioner would like an all-round cell phone with a good camera and not a gaming bar
Even the device as a whole offers little compared to the competition. There are even good cameras in the Poco X3 NFC or Mi Note 10 Lite and both cost less than 300 euro, let alone 250 euro.
Huawei p 8
huawei nova plus
huawei p smart 2019
and they hang up, no longer charge, the camera only works partially, the battery is weak
