I have a little problem with my cell phone. When I plug in headphones and listen to music, it runs normally. If I move the cell phone or the cable briefly, the music stops constantly. And again and again it will play through loudspeakers. Maybe someone has experience with this case and knows what to do.
Device is a Huawei Y7
-The headphones are not broken (Habs tested on multiple devices)
-Please before you come with hardware knowledge tell me what I may be doing in the settings e.g. Have to do
So if the headphones are really healthy and have no loose contact, I would first look at the interface on the cell phone. How are the headphones connected to the cell phone?
They fit in perfectly. And sit properly.
I would rather pay attention to visual abnormalities. Dirt or maybe problems with contacts etc.
