My friend had painted my phone case with the edding paint pen and today I have made my shell and seen that I have white spots on it everywhere from the step and wanted to ask how to get it because it is a bit stupid.

Where are the spots? On an additional shell? Then just try some 'soft' solvent like high percentage alcohol or nail polish remover
With a good solvent. Chloroform would certainly be excellent. Toluene should also go. But these are chemicals that ordinary people can't easily approach if you do not know anyone who can get that stuff for you.
You can try Brake Cleaner, you can get it for little money as a spray in the hardware store.
Do you first with alcohol.
Give on a rag. Not right on it.
If that does not work. Hardcoremethod with paint thinner.
But immediately afterwards wash off properly, the plastic dissolves.
