But does this new change restrict me?

Android is a free system, you can also buy apps outside the Google Playstore.
I would also buy the notebook, if I want to have exactly that and find nothing comparable with another manufacturer. The Windows updates come directly from Microsoft on your system and Windows does not distinguish whether the device is a Huawei, Lenovo or Acer.
With the mobile phones it looks different with the updates, because I personally would not actually take Huawei at the moment. But I assume that the problem will be solved relatively soon again out of the world.
Notebook in any case cell phone I would let there are so many manufacturers let you make the plaything of political power struggle
